Partner Criteria
Our Insurance and Service Partners
FBMC has established the following two tiered program to select our Partners.
The first tier selects Partners using set qualification standards. This tier is designed to weed out all companies that do not maintain FBMC’s stringent standards, industry standards, or provide the necessary initiatives that will satisfy our customers. For example, our insurance Partners must provide a minimum A. M. Best rating of A- (excellent, with a positive outlook), and a proven commitment and focus to deliver products through worksite marketing, etc. Service Partners are also rated using set qualification standards. These standards are created and tailored to the specific services being rendered. Service Partners must provide a fully staffed sales/marketing organization capable of supporting FBMC and our clients in delivering and implementing needed products and services, and maintain a proven back office support organization, etc.
The final tier selects Preferred Partners using set experience qualification standards. If a Partner from the first tier not only meets, but exceeds all qualification standards within this tier they will achieve Preferred Partners status. The following are sample ratings that will be applied to enable FBMC Partners to elevate their status to that of Preferred Partner: Provide a fully staffed sales/marketing organization capable of supporting FBMC and our clients in delivering and implementing needed products and services, and a proven back office support organization, etc.
Preferred Partners will be exhibited on the FBMC web site, and will be offered first rights to all new business, and renewal business opportunities.
The two tiered program designed by FBMC is assessed regularly and plays an integral role in our ability to guarantee the satisfaction of our current clients and ensure the growth of FBMC through new business.
