TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – FBMC Benefits Management, Inc. (FBMC), has been awarded a Silver ESOP Award to recognize the company’s 25-year commitment to the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
FBMC is one of 49 companies that will be honored but is the only Florida-based corporation to earn the award in 2012.
“I’m excited we are being honored and recognized with the Silver ESOP Award,” FBMC Partner Relations Manager and ESOP trustee Gingy Sampson said. “As a 25-year employee of FBMC and a current trustee member, I see every day how our ESOP continues to allow our employees the chance to participate in the growth and success of the company.”
FBMC will be honored at the ESOP Association’s Annual Conference on May 10-11 in Washington, D.C. The ESOP Association encourages employee ownership as a means to improve competitiveness, increase productivity and strengthen our economy.
