We offer all regular full-time and part-time employees medical, dental, and vision plans with coverage levels ranging from individual to family. To offset the out-of-pocket cost of pre-tax benefits, we contribute flex dollars based on an employee’s elected coverage and years of service. Employees may choose to waive or “opt-out” of medical coverage with proof of other coverage.

In addition, we cover all regular full-time and part-time employees with Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance equivalent to one times (1x) the employee’s salary.

Eligible participants may choose to contribute pre-tax 401(k) contributions of up to $18,000. At our discretion, the Board of Directors may determine a matching contribution. Currently, we match each employee’s 401(k) contributions 50 cents on the dollar up to 4% of the employee’s salary.

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides employees, with one year of service or more, stock ownership in the company. The Company makes contributions to the ESOP, currently approximately 3% of total salaries.

To create an environment of excellence and improve overall growth of the company, employees may earn up to 5% of their salary with our Bonus Plan. Eligibility is based on the established bonus criteria and requirements.

One of FBMC’s corporate beliefs is to donate 1% of profits to charitable and community organizations. This contribution is achieved through the Community Service Team. The purpose of this team is to identify and make decisions on the contributions funded by FBMC to non-profit organizations and to encourage employee participation in community activities.


The Internal Branding Team builds Brand Ambassadors within the company through various fun activities. This team helps shape our corporate image and create a collaborative atmosphere throughout the company.
